Liz Sleeper has practiced as a Systemic Constellation Facilitator since 2011, holding regular workshops in East Sussex and Scotland & conducting sessions online. Her approach developed through extensive training at the Centre for Systemic Constellations, followed by many years apprenticing with Judith Hemming.
With training across multiple schools and intensives—including organisational work with Ed Rowland and International Systemic Constellation Association programmes in Bernried (Germany) and The Bert Hellinger Institute in Holland.
Liz brings a breadth of perspective shaped by mentors including, Judith Hemmeing, Gaye Donaldson, Richard Wallstein, Jutte Ten Herkel, Chris Williams, Nicola Dunn, Jan Jacob Stamm, John Payne, Dan Booth Cohen, Albrecht Mahr, Barbara Morgan, and Daan van Kampenhout.
Before focussing on constellation work, Liz worked concurrently in the energy sector with an emphasis on transitioning to low carbon systems. She was also involved in UK politics for many years, and briefly in US politics, experiences that continue to inform her systemic lens on human organisation and collective dynamics.
