Introduction to Family Constellation Sessions:
Lots of people are interested in constellation work…but not everyone is ready to throw themselves straight into a full-day workshop with strangers on a weekend.
So I am running a 2-hour introduction evening. In Hove on June 9th 2026 6.30pm - 8.30 pm, and every 6 weeks subsequently
This evening is for people who want to experience constellation work in a more accessible way — whether you’re completely new to it, constellation-curious, want to do the work but not commit a whole day, or have a friend you’ve been trying to persuade to come along for months.
We will start with a grounding meditation so everyone arrives properly
Then we will do a short constellation exercise, followed by space to reflect, ask questions, and re-orient before heading home to your pets/children/Netflix.
This won't be an intense workshop day.
Nobody’s life story is being dragged out of them.
But people are often surprised by how much they understand about themselves through:
• witnessing other people’s constellations
• representing within the field
• recognising familiar patterns
• and experiencing what it’s like to briefly stand in somebody else’s shoes
Constellation work has a way of revealing the hidden dynamics underneath relationships, anxiety, recurring patterns and family roles — often with more clarity than endless overthinking ever manages.
And because this work happens in a group, there’s also something important happening neurobiologically: humans regulate each other.
When people feel safe enough in a shared space, nervous systems settle, perception changes, and insight becomes more available.
That’s part of why group work can feel surprisingly impactful — even in a short session.
At £30, it’s also a very accessible way to experience this kind of work.
Many people leave with as much insight and self-awareness as they might from a one-to-one therapy session — sometimes more.
This session is open to:
• therapists & counsellors
• coaches & practitioners
• deep thinkers & sceptics & those who like to "journey"
• people navigating change
• and ordinary humans trying to make sense of themselves and their families
If you’d like to come — or know someone who’s been thinking about constellation work from a safe distance — book your place here
And honestly… this evening may also be useful if you have that friend.
You know the one.
The friend who has been talking about the same relationship/work/family issue for approximately 14 years 😄
Suggesting a full-day workshop to someone who’s already overwhelmed, sceptical, anxious, does not begin to touch them. They say, "yes, yes" but then don't take action.
This evening is an easy entry point:
Low pressure.
Short format.
No expectation to suddenly fix everything - or delve into the complexity of the story.
It is an opportunity to experience the work, which is so different from other talk therapies, and see how useful it is.
So if someone immediately popped into your mind while reading this… send them this link
