Constellations are a powerful way to uncover patterns of behaviour that influence how people live, and what holds people back from creating their best lives, families, organisations and communities.
Our relationship with the past impacts our wellbeing, the wellbeing of others and the world around us.
Constellations are used for
Family or personal work
Organisations or Businesses
Wider systems such as nature, or cultures
Constellations usually take place in group settings, where the wisdom held in the group can be best used.
Some people who dislike group work can benefit from a one to one personal session.
I also organised One-Off personal group session (3 hours)
What are Systemic Constellations - how do they work?
A systemic constellation is a translation from the German word konstellation, which refers to our place in relation to others, in our family, work, community, or nature. When we are in our “right place, something eases and energy flows.
Constellations are powerful. They reveal unexpected truths, which then make sense. Once we see those truths we can address them.
“The truth sets you free”.
We start our lives being introduced to the world through the filters of our family perspective and so family constellations can be the most powerful to impact our own personal life and interaction with the world.
Constellations demonstrate the hidden or forgotten elements in a system that without acknowledgement can play havoc with the smooth running of a family or organisation.
Difficult or destructive behaviours in yourself or the people around you can be hard to deal with and are usually shaped by trauma - sometimes from 3 or 4 previous generations. Participating in a constellation, enables people to find a strength and compassion to see these elements more clearly.
The group work is always intimate, respectful and confidential. Some people can be concerned about working in this way locally. Please do speak to me if you are concerned about confidentiality, so we can find an appropriate way to work.
People participate as Issue holders or Representatives.
An Issue holder comes and sets up their own constellation. Representatives do not have to reveal their own issues and work in the service of the issue holder. The magic is that representatives inevitably make huge gains too. This means that all parties benefit from the workshop.

What is a Constellation - how does it work?
A constellation can be seen as a "living map" that uses people as markers for different elements of a system. It is almost like creating an external image of an image one holds in ones head about a situation.
We then work with two elements - embodied experience (sometimes known as intuition) and systemic principles.
The work is surprisingly powerful and at the very least creates "aha moments" . It usually creates change. By enabling us to see hidden obstacles we can tackle them and move forward in life whether within our family systems or wider society.

Organisational constellations can demonstrate some of the hidden or forgotten elements in a system that without acknowledgement can play havoc with the smooth running of that organisation.

A family constellation session can stand alone, or a person may wish to work on an issue over time. Constellations can complement psychotherapy, counselling and/or spiritual work. More information can be found on the links page
