Group Sessions Public Group sessions are usually held monthly. Join as a representative - where you participate and witness, or as an issue holder where you set up your own constellation. Attend monthly to build up your personal strength over time, or attend just one or two for dealing with particular situations in your life. Both ways of participating give you insight into your own situation and enable you to build trust in yourself, your own intuition and build your personal resilience and strength. I recommend joining a group because the holding, trust and witnessing is more than one person alone can manage. In my experience group work enables more powerful transformation. The groups always are held with confidentiality safety & respect. One to One Sessions If joining a group is too intimidating or if you have reasons for it to be necessary to maintain your confidentiality, you can work as an individual or I can set up a bespoke session for you, using hand picked representatives.
