Therapists Peer Group

Therapists' Closed Group

The group is a safe private and confidential space for peers to come together  to look at supervision type of issues, stuck issues with clients, boundaries, charging, the focus of your work and place where your own personal stuff gets in the way.

We use the method of family constellations to set up a picture of the stuck issue.   The images we set up enable us to see where there is the most energy and desire for movement in a client and their family system.

We also get to see where we have got entangled with the client through a shared ancestral history - often that we are not consciously aware of.

The groupsevolve into very supportive spaces where we can draw on the different modalities and expertises of each member.

The sessions provide experienced counsellors and therapists a space to let go of having to listen so hard
and the chance to  share different perspectives on  issues is invaluable.  We all learn and grow - and also end up creating referral systems.

Once  the group  is established  newcomers  can only join a  group if there are no supervision clashes..

Group members find using this method gives a lot of extra insight and weight to their professional practice, a.

All members can also attend a workshop for free whilst accompanying clients.  Witnessing your clients' constellation gives a lot of material to work with in one to one sessions.
