What are Constellations?
Constellations offer a way of working with hidden dynamics within a human system. This can be used as a powerful means of exploring unacknowledged events and patterns. By surfacing these invisible dynamics, we can release them and create resolution.
Family Constellations are a way to look at your place in your family. The systemic lens enables you to see relationships in a much wider context and bring sense to confusing or baffling behaviours. Difficult or destructive behaviours in the people around you can be hard to deal with. By participating in a constellation, you will see the behaviour in a different light and find yourself able to deal with it from a stronger position.
