Seeing Your Business Blocks using systemic constellations
This is a series of workshops throughout 2019 to use the Systemic Constellation method to set up, observe and shift blocks in your business so you can move forward.
The workshop is aimed at solopreneurs and micro businesses, we will do a series of exercises enabling everyone to participate and take insights about their own businesses
Dates will be: Tuesday 9 January 09.30 - 12.30 Tuesday 2 April 09.30- 12.30 Tuesday 2 July 09.30 - 12.30 Tuesday 8 October 09.30 - 12.30 The workshops will be held at the Devil's Dyke Golf Club: bookings will be open soon and participants can book a one off workshop or book to attend all four as a support for their growing business.

We all have patterns of behaviour that we learned from family or school or cultures about who we are and how to be in the world. As we grow and develop as individuals we take these patterns into our personal and professional lives.
When life requires us to outgrow these patterns it can be hard to let go so we get stuck . This is where coaching and mentoring comes in. Coaching helps people develop new tools, new patterns of behaviour and ways of being. As a critical friend a coach helps people challenge their assumptions about themselves and their businesses so they can be more authentic and thus allow more flow.
Systemic constellations can play a dramatic role in identifying our deeply hidden blocks that hold us back. Many people can identify their blindspots themselves with the help of a coach or a mentor. But sometimes when they are deeply, deeply hidden from earlier generations who are unknown, a visual picture through a constellation is a shortcut through.
Participants will leave the workshops with a clearer sense of where their business blocks lie and with insight into what may be needed to shift those blocks. Once we let go of ties that bind us to unhelpful past patterns clients are more free to identify what their business truly needs to make authentic and pragmatic contact with clients, priorities, services and income generation.
